Section 112 : Remission:
1) In cases where the tax payable by any person cannot be recovered, Government of Nepal may remit such tax in full or in part.2) Notwithstanding anything contained in Sub-section (1), Government of Nepal may remit, in full or in part, the fee or interest imposed pursuant to Chapter-22.
