Section 131 : Investigation and filing of cases: | Income Tax Act, 2058 (2002) [ amended with Finance Act 2078 (2021) ]
Section 131 : Investigation and filing of cases:
1) The prescribed officer shall investigate the case on the offense punishable under this Chapter, and case shall be filed in the concerned District Court within thirty five days of the completion of such investigation.2) In conducting investigation pursuant to Sub-section (1), the investigating officer shall seek advice and opinion of the government attorney.
