Section 128 : Penalty to one who does not observe the Act:
Except as otherwise provided for in this Act, any person who does not observe any provisions of this Act or the rules framed under this Act shall be punished with a fine of a sum from Five Thousand Rupees to Thirty Thousand Rupees.
