Section 133 : Power of creditor and shareholder to make complaint
If any creditor or shareholder of a company thinks that there is any irregularity in respect of any act or action of the liquidator, while liquidating the company pursuant to this Chapter, such creditor or shareholder may make a complaint to the court against such act or action within fifteen days of the receipt of information thereof .
