Section 78 : Permanent account number: | Income Tax Act, 2058 (2002)
Section 78 : Permanent account number:
1) The Department shall issue an identity number called as permanent account number to any person for purposes of identifying that person, subject to this Act.2) The Department may order any person to mention his/her permanent account number in any income return, statement, version or other document to be used for purposes of this Act.
3) Government of Nepal may specify the circumstances where any person has to show or mention his/her permanent account number.
