income tax1. What is the applicable TDS %, If a person gets his monthly remuneration working partime in various organization? 2. What is the applicable TDS%, if a firm hire a partime taxi driver and pays monthlly for the purpose of his staff delivery ?

you can pay to natural person as a salary or as wages if you are making pmt as employee then pay sst and st if you want to pay him as wages make pmt deducting 1 percent sst however he should have PAN
