Section 54 : Payment of amount of shares held jointly
1) Every partner shall pay the amount of call on the shares held jointly in proportion to his /her ownership.2) Except where there exists a duly executed deed indicating specific portion owned by each partner in the shares held pursuant to Sub-section (1), all the holders of such shares shall be deemed to have equal ownership there on.
