Section 69 : Legality of meeting
Before every general meeting commences, the shareholders present therein shall ascertain whether it has been convened in accordance with this Act and the articles of association; and a general meeting shall be deemed to have been duly called even if any other law has not been observed with respect thereto, provided a notice has been sent to all shareholders pursuant to Sub-section(2) of Section 67 and the meeting attended by the required quorum as referred to in Section 73 agrees to hold it.
