Section 127 : Penalty to accomplice: | Income Tax Act, 2058 (2002)
Section 127 : Penalty to accomplice:
Any person who intentionally aids or abets or advises any other person to commit any offense under this Act shall be punished with half a punishment imposed on the offender.
Provided that, if such an accomplice is a governmental employee, he shall be liable to punishment equal to the punishment imposed on the offender.
