Section 29 : Indirect payments:
In cases where any person intends to render benefits to other person through payments made by the payer or a person associated with him as follows, the Department may, by issuing a notice in writing, treat such other person or the specified person as the recipient of payment:-
(a) Where benefit is derived from any payment indirectly, or
(b) Where the recipient of any payment is specified.
